Tastefully decorated, brand-new rooms with heater, nice views and tea/coffee tray, excellent value for money compared to other options. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location for exploring Manchester, very amiable staff particularly on the night shift. Based in a very nice area...

Top location in the "old town" next to the cathedral, old victorian building with a lot of flair, modern furnished breakfast room, vegetarian and vegan breakfast (!), very nice staff

Friendly staff and good location
No desk in room or bedside tables. Noisy through night owing to location and lack of double glazed windows

Very friendly staff, good location, my room had a view of the cathedral, kettle with coffee and tea in the room
Hardly any storage space, no warm water, therefore could not take a shower, hardly any WLAN reception, the floor squeaks too loudly and the building itself is very audible

Just a perfect match for a transient visit in Manchester with good price value. The outdoor bar area was a nice spot to unwind after a day out. Make sure to check for parking vouchers, they can save you some cash.
